A DNA test can be used to establish if your partner is cheating on you. Quite often, one of the most asked relationship questions is, “What should I do if I think my lover is cheating?” This is a heart wrenching question and any one who has ever experienced an unfaithful partner knows the pain and suffering that can go a long with the process of suspecting, but not actually knowing for sure, if your lover is fooling around. Unfortunately much of the pain of this whole ordeal occurs during the time that the suspecting partner is trying to find out for certain whether their suspicions have merit. It is during this time that a great deal of anxiety and stress can be relieved by utilizing a DNA test to determine whether your suspicions are ridden with fact or fiction. There are 5 important steps in the process of determining whether or not your lover is cheating. Listed below is each of the steps for consideration: Step 1 – Calm your nerves and get yourself together so that you now feel strong enough to begin to make a solid plan. This plan has to be well-thought out and you must come to the final conclusion that you would rather know than not know the real truth of the matter. Once you realize that the “not knowing” is the most difficult part of the entire process, you are ready to proceed to step 2. Step 2 - Decide that you are going to keep your suspicions to yourself until you have some valid evidence with which to confront your lover. It is easy for a cheater to deny your accusations and even turn the tables on you to make it sound as if you are the one with the problem even though you know that isn’t true. All of that changes though when you have the conclusive evidence such as that provided by the DNA test. It is very difficult for anyone to deny scientific evidence. Step 3 - Gather sample items for testing. Any items which appear to have foreign matter or biological stains can be considered for testing. However, you need to make certain you attempt to gather the best possible items for testing. For instance a good possibility might be underwear or sheets. These items, of course, are highly likely to have such foreign biological material as needed to effectively conduct the testing necessary for obtaining some conclusive results. Step 4 - Gather at least one sample item that will obtain the suspected cheater’s foreign material. This provides DNA evidence to be used in comparing any other items to see if they provide a match. The other items will be used to identify whether the subject material is from a female or male. Step 5 - Consider the results carefully and decide how you plan to approach your lover. Remember, the DNA test will provide you with some very good information, but it cannot provide you with specific people in most instances. Therefore, it is up to you to determine what your best course of action will be following the results of the DNA testing . When faced with difficult decisions such as those during a time of possible infidelity, there is only one course of action that can provide us with the peace of mind necessary to move forward. It is by gathering the facts such as those provided by the DNA test that we begin our journey for discovering the truth, albeit not exactly what we wished to hear. Once we face the facts and begin to confront the problem of the infidelity, it is then that we hold hope for resolving the problem and creating a new beginning. |
