Purchase Terms and Conditions for Discreet DNA Samples

1. We suggest that if prior to sending a discreet DNA sample you consult in advance with our staff on info@easydna.in to review your case.
    
2. The prices shown in the Forensic section are per sample and are additional to the cost of the DNA test you have selected as showin in our price list.
    
3. We can use the profile generated from the extracted DNA for any of our tests. The type of sample you send us will not effect the accuracy of the results - since once we obtain the profile it is the same regardless of whatever sample it was extracted from.
    
4. Only in cases where the verification of the source of the discreet sample can be obtained can the test be used in a court admissable test. Generally, however, the donor of the sample cannot be verified and hence the sample can only be used for a home DNA test.
    
5. easyDNA cannot unconditionally guarantee that it will successfully extract DNA from the sample. However, based on the extensive experience of our accredited DNA laboratory, we guarantee that every attempt will be made to obtain a useful profile. Payment will still have to be made in full even in cases where it was not possible to obtain a useful DNA Profile.
    
6. We can offer a discount if you wish to send more than one discreet sample for testing, however this applies strictly on a case-by-case basis.
    
7. Your results are usually available within 5 to 7 working days, but is case and sample dependent. Any failure to obtain DNA from the first extraction will require a secondary extraction which will delay the release of the result.
    
8. The person submitting a discreet sample assumes full responsibility for sending these samples and purchasing the DNA test.
